PC help for business computers

A slow or unstable PC costs more than it looks like it does. We work on business Windows machines remotely — diagnosing what is actually wrong instead of reinstalling everything and hoping.

What this usually looks like

The computer got slow and nobody knows why

We look at what is actually running, what is out of date, and whether the hardware is the limit before anyone spends money on a replacement.

Crashes and error messages nobody has time to chase

We read the logs and work the problem, rather than restarting until it goes away.

New machines take a day to set up

We handle setup, accounts, software, and data transfer so a new PC is ready to work on day one.

What you get

  • Diagnosis of slowdowns, crashes, and startup problems
  • Windows update, driver, and patch cleanup
  • New PC setup, data transfer, and software installs
  • Malware and unwanted software removal
  • Advice on whether repairing or replacing a machine makes more sense
  • Basic hardening: disk encryption, screen lock, and account separation

Pricing: $200/month for the managed IT help desk, $250/month if you also need the cyber insurance controls, or $49 once for a single issue through Quick Help. No setup fee. Monthly plans are month-to-month: pay the first month, sign the service agreement in your portal, then onboarding starts. Full refund if the agreement isn't signed.

Common questions

Is this remote or on-site?
Usually remote: we connect with your permission, work the problem while you watch if you want to, and disconnect when it is done. If a machine needs hands on it, on-site visits are a flat $175 in Gilbert, Arizona. In Santa Ynez, Solvang, and Buellton, California: on-site available through our local technician, at the same flat $175.
Do you work on home computers?
Our services are built for business machines, but a one-time $49 Quick Help request is a reasonable way to get advice on a single personal computer problem.
How fast will someone look at it?
Quick Help requests are worked as a private message thread, and you get a written diagnosis and fix plus up to two follow-up messages within three business days.
