Cyber insurance

Cyber insurance help for small businesses

Cyber insurance applications ask direct questions about controls most small businesses have never formally set up. Our $250 a month plan is the $200 help desk plus exactly the controls carriers ask about — implemented, documented, and kept current so every answer on your application is true.

Insurance support — limits

We help you gather and organize technical evidence (MFA, backups, EDR, email authentication, training logs) that many applications ask for.

We are not an insurance agency or broker. We do not sell policies, bind coverage, or file claims. Your broker and carrier decide eligibility and wording. Completing a questionnaire with our help does not mean coverage exists.

What this usually looks like

The application asks about controls you are not sure you have

MFA everywhere, tested backups, endpoint protection, staff training, email authentication. We go through the questionnaire with you item by item.

Guessing on an application is a real risk

An answer that turns out to be wrong can complicate a future claim. We would rather implement the control than help you tick a box.

Renewal comes around every year

We keep the evidence for each control, so next year's renewal is a review instead of a scramble.

What you get

  • Multi-factor authentication rolled out and documented
  • Backups configured and test-restored so you can answer honestly
  • Endpoint protection deployed and monitored
  • Security awareness training for staff
  • Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) set up for your domain
  • Evidence kept for each control so renewal answers are provable

Pricing: $200/month for the managed IT help desk, $250/month if you also need the cyber insurance controls, or $49 once for a single issue through Quick Help. No setup fee. Monthly plans are month-to-month: pay the first month, sign the service agreement in your portal, then onboarding starts. Full refund if the agreement isn't signed.
