Accessibility Statement
Effective September 13, 2026 · CyberDefenseDesk LLC, d/b/a Valley CISO
Our commitment to WCAG 2.2 Level AA on valleyciso.com, known limits, and how to report a barrier.
CyberDefenseDesk LLC, d/b/a Valley CISO, wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or voice control.
Standard we aim for
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the current commercial bar and the one we hold ourselves to.
What we do
- Semantic headings in order, one main heading per page
- Every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Form fields with labels, and errors announced next to the field they belong to
- Text contrast checked against the AA thresholds
- Alternative text on images that carry meaning; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Page titles and link text that make sense out of context
Known limits
- Some admin and technician tools contain dense data tables and diagrams that are harder to use with a screen reader. These are staff-only screens and we are improving them.
- The network map diagram is visual. The same devices and issues are also listed as text in the client portal.
- Printed and PDF documents we generate follow the same structure as the web pages but are not separately tagged for accessibility.
Third-party content
Payment forms are provided by Stripe and video calls by Google Meet. We do not control their interfaces, but we will help you complete anything you cannot access through another route.
Report a barrier
If anything on this site blocks you, email us using the address on the Contact page and say which page and what happened. We aim to reply within two Arizona business days and will give you the information or complete the task another way in the meantime.
